    Pricing is volume-based across all four plans (Printer, Agency, Brand, Letter Shop in a Box). Volume is measured by mailing pieces per month, sub-accounts (for agencies and letter shops), and the omni-channel volume that wraps each campaign. Annual billing saves materially over monthly. Book a demo to receive exact numbers tied to your send volume.

  • Which plan is right for my organization?

    Printer is for commercial print shops already running direct mail who want to modernize the workflow and plug into the network. Agency is for direct mail and omni-channel agencies running campaigns for clients — includes white-label and sub-accounts. Brand is for in-house brand marketing teams running their own campaigns — single-tenant, no white-label complexity. Letter Shop in a Box is for commercial printers not yet offering direct mail who want to add the full postal stack without buying sortation equipment.

  • Are there setup fees or onboarding costs?

    Onboarding is included on all plans. Setup typically takes one to two weeks for a new account: brand identity, integrations, approval workflows, and team training. Larger or more complex deployments (multi-region, healthcare/HIPAA, custom integrations) may carry a one-time professional services fee. Discussed and disclosed in the demo.

  • Do you offer annual billing discounts?

    Yes. Annual billing saves materially over monthly across every plan. The exact percentage varies by plan and volume — confirmed in the demo.

  • What happens if our volume changes mid-contract?

    Volume can scale up at any time on the existing plan; pricing adjusts to the volume tier you actually use. Volume reductions are honored at the next renewal. Multi-year contracts include planned volume ramp pricing.

  • Is DirectMail.io SOC 2 compliant? HIPAA-ready?

    Yes. DirectMail.io is SOC 2 Type 2 certified. HIPAA-compliant deployments are available with a Business Associate Agreement and are common for healthcare and senior-services brands. Talk to us about compliance requirements specific to your industry.

  • Can we run DirectMail.io alongside our existing CRM and analytics tools?

    Yes. DirectMail.io supports SFTP for scheduled list transfers, a full REST API for programmatic control, and webhooks that fire on campaign lifecycle events. Common integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, and Power BI. The platform replaces the ten direct-mail-specific tools you would otherwise stitch together — not the broader marketing stack.
